Dalton is by far the best realtor anyone could ask for! He made the process as painless as the biggest financial investment of one's life could be. I cannot recommend him enough! At no point did he try and talk me into a rundown fixer upper or try to convince me to overextend my budget and wouldn't be able to save money aside for life's little surprises. I live in a completely different county but with Dalton's willingness and flexibility to travel to my target area you'd think he was just down the road. If you're ready to buy a house Dalton won't rest until he's found you your goldilocks house.

?????Dalton is amazing, we had him sell our house as we were planning on moving to Idaho the first weekend we had it listed and did the open house we had 3 offers. All of them at asking Price so then he went and talked to the agents of the others and told them and one of them bumped up their offer an extra 5,000. During the open house we were looking at houses in Idaho and Dalton had set us up with a good realtor there. After looking we decided to stay in Utah so we called him on a Sunday and told him we needed his help to find us a house especially since we were going to accept an offer on our house the next day. He took his job at finding us a house very serious and we looked all over northern Utah. We found one we liked and he helped us get a good deal on the house. We ended up closing on our house and the new one in 45 days, when the average day in market was 30 days. We signed papers to sell ours and buy the new one the same day. He also met my goal of wanting to be in the new house before the first snow.
